At Outdoor Bug Zapper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Outdoor Insect Solar Energy 4500V Electric Shock Mechanism Portable Wireless Device. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@outdoorbugzapper.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Personalized or customized items.
- For hygiene reasons, any products that have been used or opened and cannot be resold.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@outdoorbugzapper.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, upon verification of the damage or defect.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
