1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Outdoor Bug Zapper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@outdoorbugzapper.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or immediately upon receipt for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product or a suitable resolution.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
